As members of the National Notary Association (NNA), we ensure our process and service execution are current with Florida law and will withstand any legal scrutiny.
In addition to our NNA membership, we are also Certified Notary Signing Agents (NSA) and meet or exceed the industry standards to execute real-estate closings on behalf of lenders and title companies. An important part of this certification includes successfully passing a national standards background investigation and maintaining a service bond and errors and omissions insurance.

Whether your documents are attorney prepared or online self prepared, we will travel to your location to notarize and/or witness the complete package. Our standard Estate Planning fee is $150.
NOTARY SERVICE FEES
We are a MOBILE NOTARY SERVICE and charge a service/travel fee plus the Florida regulated $10 per notarial act. Once we commit and schedule a time and location to meet, we require the service/travel fee be paid at that time with the notarial fee paid at the time of service.
